Seasonal Flu Vaccine ("Flu Shot") Clinic Scheduled for SU and SUNY-ESF Students

The first seasonal flu clinic, for Syracuse University and SUNY College of Environmental Science and Forestry students only, will be held on Friday, Sept. 11, from noon-4.p.m. at the Flanagan Gymnasium. There is no charge for this vaccine.

The seasonal flu vaccine does not offer immunity to H1N1; should H1N1 vaccine become available for students, subsequent immunization opportunities will be announced.

On Friday, students must enter through the Archbold entrance and present a valid student I.D. Students should wear clothing that will allow an upper arm to be easily exposed.

The next seasonal flu vaccine clinic is scheduled for Tuesday, Sept. 15, from noon-4.p.m. at the Flanagan Gymnasium for SU and SUNY-ESF students, SU faculty and SU staff, pending the arrival of additional vaccine.

Additional clinics will be announced as additional vaccine arrives.
